Design & Build Service:
- Achieve design intent & design style as per discussed with our Client & review site condition with on-site measurement
- RS Studio will provide floor plan design ; ceiling plan design ; lighting layout plan ; electrical layout plan ; full set of elevations ; material schedule ; material samples finishes to our Client
- Upon confirmation on all the design drawings & finishes materials , a construction quotation will be proposed from RS Studio to our Client
- Upon confirmation with the construction quotation, a Design & Build Contract is required to be signed between RS Studio & Client
- Site mobilization will commence & site work monitoring by RS Studio & our contractor team throughout the project
- Upon project completion, all work would be to our Client's full satisfaction
Design Only Service:
- Achieve design intent & design style as per discussed with our Client, review site condition with on-site measurement
- Prior to design production , a Design Only Contract is required to be signed between RS Studio & Client
- RS Studio will provide floor plan design ; ceiling plan design ; lighting layout plan ; electrical layout plan ; full set of elevations ; material schedules ; material samples finishes to our Client
- Upon confirmation on all the project design drawings , & Client has engaged with their appointed contractor, then site mobilization commence
- During the construction contract period, RS Studio will involve regular site visits for monitoring the site progress until completion
